Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira is a Brazilian actress who was born on the 26th of May, 1978, at Campinas Sao Paulo. The actress is known as the actress in Woman on Top (2000) Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira joined the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime in March 2020. She is the current manager of the Assassination Witness Project and is an integral part of GI-TOC's multilateral engagement. The GI-TOC's research activities are focused on assassinations, disappearances and other types of violence within the context of illicit markets. Her main research areas are the effect of organized crime in relation to human rights, as well as laws and policies. Ana Paula is a graduate of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva) and holds an LL.M. She also has an LL.M in Public Law and an MBA in International Relations at Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula is a graduate of Rio de Janeiro's Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with the magnacum laude diploma in Legal as well as Social Sciences. She is a qualified lawyer working at an attorney firm that specialized in public law litigation for over four years. The past experience she has had also involved assisting roles at non-governmental organizations headquartered in Rio de Janeiro and Geneva.
